Welcome to Gaudreau Wines. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years of age (the legal drinking age in Quebec) to purchase wine from our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded.
Gaudreau Wines operates as a private wine import agency. We facilitate the importation of wines from international producers for Quebec residents through the SAQ's private import program.
The fee you pay online is our agency/service fee for coordinating your private import. This fee is non-refundable once the import process has begun.
The wine price displayed on our website is the estimated SAQ price you will pay when picking up your order. Final prices are set by the SAQ and may vary slightly.
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
Wine is sold in boxes of 6 bottles. This is the minimum order quantity per wine selection.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order and payment, not that the wine is ready for pickup.
Once your wine arrives at the SAQ, we will notify you. You must pick up your wine at the SAQ location you selected during checkout. Valid ID proving legal drinking age is required at pickup.
Private imports typically take 8-12 weeks to arrive, depending on the wine's origin and SAQ processing times. We will keep you informed of your order status.
Wine availability is subject to producer stock and import regulations. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information, occasionally a wine may become unavailable after you place your order. In such cases, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
We encourage responsible alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
