Cofermentation of the three varietals to give more complexity to this wine. When it finishes fermenting, we aged the 40% of the wine in barrels for 8 months, 10% of the wine is aged in new french barrels. The final blend is made with 50% of the wine that was left in the stainless steel tank, withoutwood, to give it a more fruity aromatic profile and much kinder on the palate.
